Business Development Manager

We are looking for a person responsible for expanding sales activities in the Benelux region

 

Lopos is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager responsible for expanding sales activities in the Benelux region. Lopos is at the exciting scale-up phase following a successful start-up phase that demonstrated product-market fit. You will prospect according to the go-to-market plan and close strategic customer deals. You will contribute to the successful technical onboarding of your clients and identify international potential.

What will you be doing?

  • You contribute in shaping the go-to-market strategy. You possess a strong sense of market trends and are capable to translate them into realistic objectives. You contribute to shaping the action plan and organize the necessary sales efforts to achieve set goals.
  • Within strategically defined market segments, you will search for new business opportunities where Lopos solutions provide added value. You are responsible for the full commercial management from prospecting target accounts to contract closure.
  • After closing commercial deals, you will guide your clients through the technical onboarding of hardware and SaaS solutions. You will take the lead with all relevant technical stakeholders and/or partners. You proactively think about improving customer processes.
  • Through satisfied customer relationships, you will identify further potential within your clients’ international footprint.
  • You provide the organization with fresh ideas and create new business opportunities by always thinking two steps ahead. Your insights into the market will ultimately help improve the product offering in the long term.

Who are you?

  • You are a proactive, customer-oriented team player with a positive attitude, and you are a good listener to prospects and customers. You are pragmatic, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • You hold a master’s degree, preferably in a technical field, and have experience in a strong commercial B2B role.
